2016 Independence Day Rotary Rodeo

Our annual 2016 Independence Day Rotary Rodeo was a great success in raising needed funds for our scholarships and other projects that our club does. With these funds raised by sponsorships, entrance tickets, and concession sales, our club can fund the college scholarships that are given every year to local seniors heading off to school. This is one way that our Rotary club helps our local community. We had over 3,400 people in attendance for both nights of the rodeo and lots of volunteers to help make the event run smoothly. The weather was a little on the warm side, but that didn't stop people from coming to the Val Verde Fairgrounds for some family fun.
