This week’s guest speaker will be Dora Alcala with The International Good Neighbor Council (IGNC). Mrs. Alcala is the Former Mayor of Del Rio, an active member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and an active member and former President of the IGNC. Mrs. Alcala will be speaking about the International Good Neighbor Council and Fiesta de Amistad.
