Our Guest Speaker Our guest speaker will be John Sheedy IV, City Manager for the City of Del Rio. Mr. Sheedy was born in Uvalde, Texas in 1961 and grew up in the small, close-knit, community of Brackettville. Sheedy worked on the family ranches during his youth, becoming a very skilled horseback rider with most summers spent traveling with his family, as his father was a Transportation Coordinator that worked on motion picture sets around the country.
